Overview

Hello and welcome to a possible reference design for an accumulator of the formula student.

In the following chapters you can find an instruction how to build a rules compliant accumulator.


The intention of this reference design is to support teams by building a save formula student accumulator. Therefore, only 
a basic platform is provided. It is intended that the teams adapt the reference design to their needs and include the next 
features.

For the basic platform all necessary mechanical and electrical information as well as the basic 
battery management software is provided.

If something is missing/ is wrong or not understandable, please provide feedback to us. 
The reference design is still under development and might be not yet complete.


Take care of important details during the commissioning phase and understand the behavior of the system.
Get familiar with the main ideas and have fun by working with this design.
